The hotel is fully equipped for meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE). There are four different sizes for the function rooms. The largest function room is Pamookkoo Pamookkaa, with a capacity of 1,400 for a reception. Two other large function rooms are available, Geology Room can hold up to 220 guests for a reception, and Zoology Room has a capacity of 120 for a reception. A boardroom, Forrest Room, can hold 45 person cocktail style.
Forrest Room, can hold 20-26 persons U-shape and Classroom, 40-45 persons.
Geology Room can hold 32-108 persons U-shape and Classroom, 100-170 persons.
Pamookkoo Pamookkaa the largest function room, with a capacity of 1,400 for a reception to exclusive board meetings, seminar sessions or creative incentive programmes.
